What is a “Variación”?

The Variación in a tango is musically the fastest part, usually near the end, comprising of only a few measures of fast notes. Translated to the dance, it is the all-or-nothing moment, when the dancers reach a frenzied maximum passion in a display of speed and skill.

 

2.Pelando Variación

So what is “Pelando Variación”?

Started in 2015, this unique annual competition challenges dancers to show their dance in a burst of energy and skill, with only the last few measures of a variación to display their best.  It has gathered the participation in Buenos Aires of some of the best professionals and is growing this year with the opportunity to compete in different countries and win a trip to Buenos Aires.

 

3.Winning Pelando Variación

So why compete? 

The winners of the foreign competitions receive a TRIP TO ARGENTINA to compete in the semi-finals of the Buenos Aires competition in December.   In addition to the opportunity to hone and present a crucial element of any show tango choreography, the winners receive plane tickets and 4 nights of accomodation if the minimum participation reaches 16 couples.

变奏（Variacion）是一首探戈舞曲里最高潮的部分，通常在出现在靠近结尾处，表演者在这短短的十几二十秒音乐中使出浑身解术，展现完美音乐性，同时也展现出舞者们到达极度热情时表现出的速度和技巧。

 

2.Pelando Variación

什么是PV

阿根廷探戈Pelando Variacion世界锦标赛，简称 PV大赛 ，开始于2015年。是唯一挑战舞者们在跳舞中展现爆发力和技巧的年度比赛，将他们极致的一面在短短的十几二十几秒种展现。比赛汇集了布宜诺斯艾利斯很多顶尖舞者，并且今年发展至许多国家，使得有机会赢得来布宜诺斯艾利斯的参赛资格。

 

3.荣获PV冠军

为什么来比赛

如果比赛人数达到16人及以上，作为外国参赛冠军，将获得12月在布宜诺斯艾利斯举行的半决赛的参赛资格。除了有机会在探戈排舞表演中担当重要的角色，还可免费获得机票和4晚住宿。
